Rena Rossner is a graduate of the Writing Seminars program at The Johns Hopkins University and holds an MA in History from McGill University. She currently works as a Literary and Foreign Rights Agent at The Deborah Harris Agency in Jerusalem, Israel. She has written for The Jerusalem Report and The Jerusalem Post, and wrote a 2-year column called “The Weekly Portion” for The Jerusalem Post where she incorporated a recipe based on a biblical verse with her own thoughts and the insights of biblical commentators. She compiled a cookbook of those recipes entitled “Eating the Bible” which was published by Skyhorse Publishing in November 2013. This blog is a companion to the cookbook. Rena is also an author of novels, and a poet.
